Listening to God speak to us through the Bible is like picking up a telephone and hearing your Creator at the other end of the line. It should be exciting, life-changing even! But sometimes it seems more like a long-distance call, with static on the line, and it's hard to make out what God is saying. In despair, we might give up on reading the bible altogether since it’s all ‘just a matter of interpretation’. And it’s true, without taking care in our reading, we can make the Bible say almost anything we want it to say.

But this course is about learning to read the bible as its authors (and ultimately God) intended. With just a few simple tools you can experience God's clear guidance in your life, you can come to know him better and grow to love him more.
